Position Overview:

Assist CEO in developing and implementing projects to expand the company.  The position requires flexibility and willingness to work on diverse assignments.

 

Position Content:Communicate and Organize DataImprove ProcessesMarketing and Planning MeetingsInteract with Department Heads and Company Executives on ProjectsDevelop and Improve Marketing StrategiesOther duties as assigned

 

Knowledge and Skills Desired:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

Organization and time management will be mandatory for coordinating  multi-level tasks.  Excellent verbal and writing skills will be required for communications with top level producers, department heads, and company executives.  Must be able to work well in a team  environment as well as independently.

 

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
