SUMMARY: This Position is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing spreadsheets/ databases to provide the marketing team with detailed analysis of operations and processes. Works with VP of Marketing to design and implement quality improvement initiatives on a departmental level.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION: BS in Finance, Business, & Accounting. CPA preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years management of staff and projects experience in accounting background. Related experience includes project management, research and auditing.
SKILLS: Ability to manage small groups; ability to manage cross-functional teams; deal and direct projects within the Marketing department; develop team members; strategic planning; MS Excel; MS Access. Identifies trends and windows of opportunity and organizes teams to increase production.
