Key responsibilities include maintaining and growing relationships with financial advisors and mutual fund companies. This is not a sales position, and no sales experience is required; because company is in a high growth stage, we are seeking to simply maintain growth and to deepen existing relationships. Advancement within company includes higher management potential and even presiding over new businesses.

 

Required Experiences and Skills

 

- Experience in one or more of these areas is required: financial services; investment sales or sales assistant; internal or external wholesaling.

- Independent self-starter who can identify needs, implement solutions and see projects through to completion.

- Must be creative and bring new ideas to fruition.

- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast paced work environment.

- Superior communication, organizational and execution skills to ensure completion a variety of projects

- Ability to quickly grasp strategic objectives.

- Willingness and ability to travel.

- BA or BS required; add'l education and credentials a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

 

Location, Travel/Hours & Compensation

 

This position is located in Boca Raton, FL and requires travel. Salary is commensurate with experience and bonus is performance based.
