Marketing Support Representative

The Marketing Support Representative is responsible for providing marketing and administrative support to wholesalers located in field sales territories. Tasks include building relationships with financial advisers and their assistants in the territory, scheduling meetings, monitoring the territory business plan for adherence, preparing expense reports, addressing service issues on behalf of financial advisers and preparing correspondence.

Qualifications
The successful candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail and follow-through, working knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and high aptitude to work with various software packages.
