Mgr-Leadership Effectiveness

Description:
Manage field leadership development programs, such as curriculum, talent assessment, mentoring, diversity. Build linkages with business partners in P1, P2, and HR, to develop and implement these programs. Subject matter expert in leader development.

Qualifications:
Experience in people development (assessment, training, performance management); ability to build strong relationships at various leader levels; experience working on cross-organizational teams; demonstrated commitment to drive results; strong project management and implementation and implementation skills ; excellent communication skills; thorough knowledge of USAG field organization
