We need a talented individual to fill the role of Mortgage Assistance Advisor in the Loss Mitigation Department. In this position you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to counsel delinquent borrowers on loss mitigation options, obtain pertinent financial and hardship information, and to make recommendations for loss mitigation referrals. Must have 2-3 years collection, loss mitigation, or Foreclosure experience in the mortgage industry and have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Spanish Speaker a plus. Basic Windows experience required. Must have the ability to type 30 wpm. Experience with EnsemblePro or other dialer environment a plus.
