Job Summary

With the right systems and resources behind you, your opportunities and income are unlimited!  Our Mortgage Bankers (MBs) work both individually and within a team to initiate and develop potential mortgage business for First Residential Mortgage Network, Inc.  Our MBs also analyze borrower?s applications to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage, and create mortgage solutions suitable for each customer?s needs.

 

Major Responsibilities

? Calling clients (including the generation of new business, and maintaining contact with existing customer base)

? Collecting and analyzing the customer?s income, assets, investments, and debt

? Determine which financial products meet the customer?s needs and advising customers of options available

? Facilitating and overseeing all loan processes from loan application to loan closing

 

Qualifications

? Highly motivated and energetic

? Ability to work well in a team oriented environment, as well as provide excellent levels of advice and customer service to borrowers.

? Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills required

? Previous sales experience desired

? College degree preferred but not required

? 100% Commission up to 150K or more!!  (With quarterly minimum salary of 6K)
