Mortgage Default Analyst
Default Analyst: Candidate should demonstrate the following:
1. Minimum of 5 years mortgage collection experience
2. Strong management skills of third party service providers
3. Strong understanding of early/late stage delinquency, roll rates, first payment defaults, charge-offs, foreclosure, REO, loss mitigation, bankruptcy
4. Strong analytical skills to perform numerous trend analysis
5. Strong verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate to management findings and recommendations
6. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of collection systems, work processing and spreadsheet programs
7. Familiarity with state and federal laws pertaining to collections
8. College degree preferred
