Job Responsibilities include:

 

? Generate your own leads by developing referral relationships with realtors, builders, bankers and other sources

? Take complete mortgage applications and follow up for required documentation

? Keep all parties informed as to the status of application

? Set customer?s expectations and educate them on the entire loan process

? Quote rates and follow through to ensure the loan is properly closed

 

Skill Requirements:

 

? Must be highly motivated with a strong independent work ethic

? Excellent customer service skills

? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

? Excellent time management skills

? Bilingual in Spanish a plus

? Good organization and computer skills

? High School Diploma or GED
