You as a Mortgage Loan Originator I will -

* Originate quality FHA, VA and conventional residential mortgage loans within an assigned geographical area, including sales calls on brokers, realtors and other individuals from whom mortgage loan business can be obtained.
* Solicit residential first mortgages and make sales presentations through contacts with brokers, realtors, builders and developers.
* Negotiate terms and conditions and assist in financing loans with mortgagors.
* Be continually aware of economic trends and the knowledge of economic indictors.
* Travel daily.

Qualifications:
You and your skills -

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Thorough understanding of the underwriting criteria by both private investors and private mortgage insurance companies
* Some origination experience or mortgage banking background preferred or possession of a very solid sales background
* Ability to generate annual production volumes of less than six million dollars
* Aggressive, career oriented with the ability to make presentations or respond to detailed technical inquiries in situations where the listener may not always be fully knowledgeable in the mortgage banking area
