Our Mortgage Loan Processor processes mortgage loan applications obtaining all necessary information and documents.

 

Reviews data for compliance with policy/regulatory requirements and loan terms and forwards to underwriter for review and approval/denial.

 

Prepares file for closing process.

 

Works with loan officers to ensure quality service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requires administrative experience, ability to read, write and speak English; basic arithmetic skills, knowledge of operational procedures, practices and policies.

Ability to use office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and equipment.

Previous loan processing experience and working knowledge of underwriting criteria for major programs, enabling preliminary judgment of loan quality and understanding of loan computer system is required.

 

Requires a high school diploma, vocational training or equivalent.
