Specializing in Controlled Business Arrangements (CBA?s) within the Real Estate industry, we have enjoyed continued success through realtor and builder business. Due to our exceptional pricing and business arrangements, our loan officers are enjoying the benefits of fantastic capture rates! We are searching for a key member to join our team.
The successful candidate must have at least 3-4 years experience in a high volume processing/underwriting environment. Experience with FHA and VA manual underwriting, and/or Sub-Prime is highly desired.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communicating with loan officers while preparing files for underwriting, clearing conditions, and pre-closing. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment under strict time constraints. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must to succeed in this position.
