IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

?  Developing relationships with multiple referral sources such as consumers, Realtors and financial planners.

?  Working knowledge of an array of product lines to include conforming, nonconforming and 100% financing loans.

?  Learning World Saving policies, underwriting guidelines, and loan process.

?  Sales presentations to prospective borrowers and referral sources.

?  Accepting applications from new borrowers.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

?  Mortgage sales experience is highly desired and extensive outside sales experience is required.

?  Self initiative, creativity and a desire for success and high income potential.

?  Strong communication and presentation skills.

?  Strong organizational and time management skills.
