Mortgage Transfer Specilist

Did you know that major banks and institutions are always selling and tranfering mortgages with each other?  Well, they also need specialists to help facilitate these transfers.No mortgage experience is needed .... there is a one week paid, training class. 

 

Here is your chance to enter the exciting mortgage investment - purchase market. Following one week of information packed training, you will be involved in the audit and review of mortgages that are already closed. You will work with secondary purchasers such as Freddy Mac and Fannie Mae to aid their purchases of these mortgages.

After training, work shedules will typically be 10AM - 7PM or 8AM-5PM. You must pass an exam at the end of training to proceed to the operations area.

A major part of the position involves answering lender's questions regarding the closed mortgages and insuring that all required paperwork is in order.REQUIREMENTSApplicants mus have good communication skills and be comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals both inside and outside the client company. Good computer skills are required involving word processing, spreadsheets and email.
