Mutual Fund Research Analyst

The main objective of the position is to provide research to clients and internal staff regarding Mutual Funds in diverse asset classes including US and International Equities, Fixed Income and various specialized funds.  The information will be based on interviews with portfolio managers and fund company representatives, follow up feedback and the analysis of portfolio holdings and performance data.  A major part of the job is ongoing research and due diligence.  Written research reports on existing funds and potential candidates for new funds are presented to an investment committee for approval. Candidate must possess:-Minimum Bachelors degree. Prefer a candidate holding or pursuing an advanced degree or CFA designation.-Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required.-Must have a minimum of three years investment experience, preferably in Mutual Funds.-Strong analytical capability.-Solid written and communication skills required. Resumes to visionstaf@aol.com
