Responsibilities/Position Summary:Profiling prospective and existing clients interested in opening new accounts with the Merrill Lynch Financial Advisory Center.
? Provide superior customer service to clients via incoming and outgoing phone calls and through e-mail
? Assist clients with selecting the appropriate Merrill Lynch account and services
? Perform detailed client profiling requirements to open a new account
? Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements governing account opening and due diligence are metInvolvement in different campaign projectsQualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
? Superior client service proficiency including excellent verbal, written and listening skills
? Knowledge of Merrill Lynch products and services
? Able to remain current with and comply with regulatory requirements
? Demonstrate integrity and ability to work as part of a team
? Foster collaborative relationships within and across business units and sectors
? Understand and demonstrate cultural awareness
Requirements:
? Series 7 mandatory
? Prior knowledge of Siebel helpful
