New Business Consultant

Develop new business relationships from small-market law firms in accordance with the teams marketing plan.

Manage a sales territory to develop relationships with senior attorneys and business administrators within small-market law firms that result in new retirement plan business in excess of sales quota. New business will be generated through inbound and outbound telephone contact, sales and enrollment presentations, direct mail and participation in conventions and speaking events. New business consultant must be competent in discussing retirement plan design strategies, investment strategies and demonstrate expertise in positioning the features and benefits of the retirement program to increase sales.

Required: A minimum of three years of retirement plan/investment industry experience. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be self-motivated and highly organized. Travel required 10-20%.
Preferred: Prior sales experience, experience with ERISA and retirement plan design strategies
