NonPrime Retail Loan Reviewer/Shipper - Woodcliff Lake, NJ
As a Loan Reviewer/Shipper, you will be required to organize, prioritize, review and stack loan packages upon receipt from post closing.You will ship the packages, create, and maintain shipping record transmittals in accordance with Chase policies and procedures. You may also be asked to call for corrections to documents and clear conditions on files. Must be able to follow Chase's policies and procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills a must. Multi-tasking and communication with closer's, post closer's, and closing agents. Understanding of mortgage loan documents preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in postclosing loans preferred.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
