As a Post closer, you will be required to review loan packages upon receipt from the settlement agent after closing.You will be required to audit the loan packages in order to ensure the loan closed in accordance with Chase policies and procedures.  You will also call for corrections to documents and clear conditions on files. Must be able to follow Chase's policy and procedures.  Strong communication and organizational skills a must.  Multi-tasking and communication with closers, loan reviewers/shippers and closing agents.  Clear understanding of mortgage loan documents, and post closing. 


High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in postclosing loans.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Possess good communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
