Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years related customer service and operations experience.  Minimum of 1-year financial services experience. NASD Series 7 required or ability to retain within 12 months of employment. Understanding of quality principles and training programs. Understanding of call center and customer service functions. Knowledge of industry practices and platforms for service delivery, technology and product support. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Proven quality service, decision making, and planning and organizational skills. Ability to handle daily workload and present sound solutions to emerging issues. A positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability to unexpected events and demands.Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.

 

 Responsibilities:

 Ensure efficient review of required account documentation, respond to internal and external customers on issues, and process changes to existing account information in a timely manner.Ensure LPL advisors receive the highest quality of service. To provide operational and customer service support on LPL products and platforms.Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting service levels and other contractual provisions so our external and internal service standards are consistently above LPL and industry benchmarks.Foster a positive team environment and work closely with manager to ensure daily operational effectiveness.
