 OPERATIONS ANALYST I

Encore Capital Group has an opportunity for an operations analyst in our Marketing department.  This position is responsible for using data extraction tools to perform on-going analysis of programs and opportunities.  This role is also responsible for developing and implementing new standard reporting and tracking mechanisms in collaboration with other departments or external partners.

Candidates should possess the following:

? Bachelor?s Degree in a quantitative field, preferred

? 1-3 years experience in an analytical/quantitative role, or equivalent education and experience

? Cognos experience a plus
