OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Citigroup Real Estate Servicing and Technology manages Technology Operations, Infrastructure, and Development for the following businesses: CitiMortgage, Inc., Consumer Finance, CitiFinancial Mortgage, Chesapeake, Smart Solution Centers, and TB&T. It assumes responsibility for Servicing and Default Operations for CitiMortgage, Inc., CitiFinancial Mortgage, TB&T, with physical locations in Hanover, MD., Farmington Hills, MI., St. Louis, MO., Dallas, TX., Phoenix, AZ. Citigroup Real Estate Servicing and Techology organization manages Project Management for CitiMortgage, Inc., CitiFinancial Mortgage, and TB&T, and Training for CitiFinancial Mortgage.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

 

Manage early stage delinquency cycles in Network Personal Loan.  Responsible for staff of @ 40-50 employees with 3-5 direct reports.  Manage expense budget.  Ensure production goals and standards are met.  Ensure staffing and training levels are properly maintained.  Communicate business strategies, policies and operational goals to staff.  Ability to communicate with upper Management.  Excellent problem solving/analytical skills are required.  Development and implementation of best in class.



5-10 years management or related experience.  Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent required.  College degree preferred.  Experience with Concerto Dialer, Centre Vu/CMs system and personal loan experience a must.  Experience with CACS, VB, JAVA and spreadsheet applications a plus.
