Online Banking Business Systems Analyst
Online Banking Business Systems Analyst
Commerce Bank is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our Online Banking and Website Department. The person in this position will track and manage web and Online Banking reporting data, and produce timely reports in a manner that optimizes efficiency and delivers data to support a positive customer experience. Other duties will include: compile data from various sources, including key performance statistics, contact volumes, sales results, and financial results. Create reports in a user-friendly format (i.e., database, spreadsheet) to allow further usage by product management and customer support staff. Product effective and compelling reporting that is representative of all business conducted on commercebank.com. Analyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting of revenue generation, booked business, cost per transaction and customer reporting and conduct financial trend analyses.
Candidates must be analytical, creative and possess problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, along with project management experience. Experience with database management, including data input, data manipulation and data output (Access, SQL) is necessary. Candidates must also be proficient in Excel spreadsheets, including the usage of macros and pivot tables. This individual will support several business initiatives related to customer service, direct sales and web sales and service. Excellent written and oral communication skills and organizational skills are required. Candidates must possess solid interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. Required PC skills: WebTrends, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
