Operations Analyst 2

Job Description: This is a flexible (90-day, 40 hours/week) employee position. The position carries the following responsibilities
- Support the validation work of the capacity model, including, but not limited to, data collection and analysis from Wells Fargo's database system or on-site sampling.
- Working very closely with the capacity planning team to provide ad-hoc analysis related to capacity planning.
- Present the analyzed result to the management team.


Minimum Qualifications: - Very strong work ethics. Quick to learn. Strong team player.
- Solid understanding of the operations of the financial institution.
- Proven ability and high degree of proficiency with data collection, manipulation, and analysis.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Proven problem solving and analytical capability.
- Solid communication skills.


Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Wells Fargo Home Equity operations and products will be a plus.
- Previous work experience within Lending or Home Equity operations and/or reporting is a plus.
