Private Client Resources LLC is a five-year young, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm, located in Wilton, CT.  PCR is a web-based company serving the high wealth community by consolidating financial information for financial advisors, private banks, individuals and family offices.  Information is updated daily and presented in a globally encrypted web environment, customized to exacting specifications for each customer.  No other firm offers a similar, end-to-end, information service in the financial services arena.  PCR does not give financial advice, sell investment products or provide broker services.

Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, implement and complete multiple projectsGather investment information and input data into internal accounting systems.Download electronic data files and reconcile the data to the internal accounting systemWork the operations team to manipulate database information to?

- Enter prices and transactions into the system from custodian account statements

- Reconcile portfolio management data

- Research and resolve data inquiries

- Maintain and reconcile corporate actions

- Scan and post documents to the websitePerform test operations and validate reporting tools & systems to ensure quality and accuracyLead continuous process improvement projects

 

QualificationsBachelor?s degree in business related discipline and related work experience with investment services companiesWorking knowledge of SQL, PDF, HTML, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & OutlookStrong knowledge of valuation methodologies for equity, fixed income, derivatives and alternative investmentsUnderstanding of financial transactions, hedge funds, private equity and performance reportingDemonstrated awareness and compliance with investments ethicsProcess-oriented with meticulous attention to detailDemonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with work teams and clientsWorking knowledge of manipulating database information to complete work tasksBasic knowledge of investment performance measurement and recognizing tax implications of financial transactionsDemonstrated ability and willingness to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.Experience and strong desire working for a small, fast growing, entrepreneurial business operation - preferred
