Harvey Financial Group, a comprehensive wealth planning, investment and insurance firm is searching for a highly motivated individual with a ?whatever it takes? attitude and experience in financial planning and operations.  Our firm provides services to high net worth individuals and families and has a solid portfolio of affluent clients.  We have an excellent reputation and rapid growth rate.  As Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the President to coordinate the preparation of financial plans and provide a high level of executive and planning support.

 

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

 Bachelors degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum 2 years financial planning industry operations experience is idealExceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task in dynamic environmentStrong technology/computer skills Comfort with being a ?team player? and doing whatever is needed, big or smallAble to get along with diverse personalities Professional appearance and demeanorWell-developed interpersonal skillsAttention to detail with a perfectionist?s eyeA strong desire to succeed!

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

? Provide general planning and operations support to the President and staff

? New Account Processing including review of all forms and applications

? Monitor all account transfers

? Monitor all trading and planning services for quality control and compliance

? Support the President with spreadsheet construction and analysis

? Follow up with clients? other professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.)

? Aid in the preparation and implementation of investment plans, financial plans, and comprehensive annual reviews

? Notify clients of trades placed and provide new balance sheet when appropriate

? Complete paperwork relating to transfers, contributions and withdrawals

? Timely and accurately process receipts and client account information from all sources

? Retrieve and update all data required to support the portfolio management process

? Update, produce and deliver all required reports for internal or external use
