Mail is received daily within CBL Corporation via a mail service and sorted by department. All mail received is logged daily within the daily mail log via excel. The bulk of this mail is identified to a specific lessee(s) and forwarded via regular or overnight mail to the proper lessee(s). Included in the daily mail received are correspondences from lessees and vendors to be processed within the department, personal mail to be given to department personnel and correspondences from various bureaucracies regarding specific lessees. Such correspondences would include vehicle titles, parking violations, tax notices, vehicle registrations/renewals, license plates, vendor notifications, recall notices, aircraft fees and aircraft information. This type of correspondences is usually time sensitive and it is crucial to our lessees that this mail be handled in an accurate and timely manner. It is the policy of CBL Corporation that the lessee be responsible for handling their own vehicle correspondences and payment of any necessary documentation regarding their vehicles or aircraft landing fees. This is specified in the Master Lease Agreement and the authority to do so is granted under a standard Power of Attorney. Only in certain cases are fees (tax and/or vehicle) handled by the lessor on behalf of the lessee

Mail is opened by 2 employees.? If any mail contains a check, each of the employees initial the check and 2 copies are made for distribution to the following:

Checks are received among other mail delivered by the mailroom representative. The Title and Registration Administrator (TRA) will be in charge of sending out the checks to the?Lockbox. Received checks should be date stamped and stamped for deposit on the back of the check. The TRA is responsible for preparing the lockbox from. This form contains?the payee name, the payer name, the description (Check number), and the amount of the check. All the checks and their backups should be attached to this form and handed out to the section manager for verification

Titles that are mail to the Harrison office are identified and mailed to the lessee. Titles that can not be identified in our database are held in-house in a locked file cabinet in the fire-proof file room at the Harrison corporate address.

Each Lessee is responsible to maintaining their leased vehicles free and clear of encumbrances that could result in fines, non-registration renewal, impound, etc.? CBLC must?forward received parking summons notices or violation notices to the appropriate Lessee immediately upon identification Funding Batches need to be prepared and sent for imaging.? Daily volume? is dependent on the funding volume for Client Relations.

Must have a High School Diploma/GED. Must be organized, detailed, able to multi-task, good with paperwork and follow-up. MS Excel is experience is strongly preferred.
