Operations Specialist- $45-50K
The Operations Specialist provides back office support to traders working with institutional clients at this Boston investment banking firm. Process allocations for both domestic and international clients, resolve trade settlement issues, and handle reconciliation of firm trading accounts on a daily basis. Process new account opening requests and provide excellent customer service.
Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of financial services industry experience with exposure to operations of fund accounting. Understanding of institutional settlement process and knowledge of best practices and securities industry regulation knowledge a must. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, must be highly professional and detail oriented.
