Operations Supervisor - Cost Per Copy

SUMMARY This position will have supervisory responsibility for the Cost Per Copy(CPC) team.  This will include the processing of Monthly Cost Per Copy(CPC) reporting for our dealer business segment. This will include verbal and written communication with various vendors that have Cost Per Copy customers with Citicapital. Processing of CPC data corrections, and CPC reconciliation.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 Daily monitoring of staff production, resolution of errors, serving as business contact for issue and resolution.Tracking and coordination of TAFWStaff developmentCoaching/mentoringSpecial projects as needed

The Operations Supervisor will have complete responsibility and accountability for the following detailed functions:Processing and remitting the monthly CPC reporting to dealer segment vendor relationshipsTyping correspondence related to CPC leases; answering the phone; reconciling AR/AP related matters for vendorsAnswering frequent messages and returning calls to vendors. Other duties may be assigned. 

Ensures accurate and timely response to Vendor needs and requests. 

Reconciliation for CPC accounts.

Direct interaction with customers to work out meter billing issues. 

Perform detail CPC investigation, reconciliation and resolution of customer lease accounts.

Respond to vendor and business inquiries by coordinating with account service, collection and customer service. 

Contact vendors to work out meter data discrepancies. 

Processing data entry and data correction for CPC accounts. 

Facilitate the printing, sorting and distribution of CPC reporting.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE  College Degree Preferred3+ Years of Operations Experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory roleFinance ExperienceKnowledge of CPC and the BTF business preferred
