Growing company provides 401(k) education to employees nationwide. Interested in independent contractors with the following traits:

Understanding of 401 (k) plans

NASD Series 6 or 7 optional

Knowledge of or willingness to learn EGTRRA, ERISA, IRS regulations re: 401(k) plans

Ability to customize presentations in language, approach, and length

Public speaking/teaching skills

Flexible work schedule

Own transportation

Promptness in meeting invoice deadlines

Conscientiousness, intelligence, warmth, and humor

Ability to conduct meetings in Spanish a bonus

Per diem compensation plus reimbursement for expenses. We provide training and assistance in preparation for all presentations.
