Payroll Supervisor

plumRHINO Consulting has a direct hire need for a Payroll Supervisor located in Evansville, IN.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting and 5 years payroll supervisory experience with a medium to large corporation.  This position will be responsible for managing the bi-weekly payroll including but not limited to: researching, analyzing, and monitoring payroll and accounting discrepancies and unique payroll issues. This position will also be responsible for creating and initiating quarterly unemployment compensation magnetic media, state withholding magnetic media, and annual federal W2 filing. The selected candidate will be supervising 2 non-exempt payroll associates.  Previous knowledge of Federal, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois State tax laws is required.  The selected candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills.  Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.  PeopleSoft or Oracle payroll systems experience is preferred.
