JOB DESCRIPTIONS

TEAM LEADER - PENSION ADMINISTRATION (#7029-A)
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a team leader for our Pension Administration group. The position requires a minimum of 6 years defined benefit pension plan administration experience and solid knowledge of applicable regs and compliance issues. Must be assertive self-starter and possess strong analytical skills. Areas of experience must include:

? Managing at least five employees
? SQL and/or Access database experience
? Basic structured programming knowledge
? Extensive experience with defined benefit pension plans
o Benefit accrual formulas
o Eligibility provisions
o Distributions and trustee interfaces
? Experience in documenting workflow and creating administration manuals

College degree required and applicable professional pension designation a plus. We offer a team oriented professional work environment and an attractive compensation/benefits package. PENSION DISTRIBUTION PROCESSOR (#7029-B)
JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Defined Benefit Distribution Processor with 1+ years of experience. Tasks will include:

? Working with institutional trustees to facilitate pension distributions
? Managing individual distribution packages
? Batch processing on in-house software
? Maintenance of participant files

You must be willing to meet deadlines, have excellent organizational and computer skills, and love detail work. General office experience and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel and Access required.
