The purpose of this position is to generate new business by selling personalized banking products and services to present and prospective customers requiring high asset and/or complex investment and credit servicing, utilizing opportunities to suggest or cross-sell other bank products or services. Thus, establishing and maintaining a profitable customer relationship within the bank.

Job accountabilities include to satisfy and exceed customers' financial needs and expectations. Achieve branch loan, deposit, retention goals and customer satisfaction objectives. Contact customers and prospects for solicitation as assigned by the Branch Manager and generate qualified referrals for alternative channels and other lines of business. Adhere to regulatory and compliance criteria and have a understanding of basic sales skills and product knowledge including and understanding of deposit and loan products.

This position is responsible for the sales of deposit, loan accounts and credit life insurance products for cross-selling/referral of loan products. Open all types of personal and business accounts and prepare related documentation. Identify customer needs and match needs with appropriate product or service.

Assist customers with requests, complaints, researches complex account problems and follows-up on details to resolve the matter to the customer's satisfaction.

Experience:
High School education, GED or equivalent work experience. Previous banking experience of 1-3 years or 1-3 years of a customer contact/sales position or equivalent.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:30-5; Friday 8:30-6; Saturday 8:30-12. One day off during the week.
