Portfolio Control Analyst

This position is on the Commingled team in the Portfolio Construction and Compliance group within Portfolio Control. The primary function of the Commingled team is to process cash flow requests for clients who are invested in one of Capital Guardian's commingled funds. The main responsibilities include using a proprietary commingled transaction processing system to enter details of cash flow requests, coordinating cash flow activities to ensure client withdrawals are met and contributions are invested, ensuring that all required information is included in cash flow requests, and generating net flow reports for distribution to the broader team. Other responsibilities may include working on future enhancements of the proprietary system and handling special projects as needed.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years previous financial services experience
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with short deadlines
- Good concentration
- Able to multi-task while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail
- Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Motivated with a positive attitude
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Must be adaptable
- Related college degree preferred
