POST CLOSING COORDINATOR

New South Federal Savings Bank has an immediate opening in Auto Floor Plan Lending located in downtown Birmingham.  Qualified candidates must have an Associate?s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.  Ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work under time constraints with a low margin of error.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Responsibilities include conducting loan pre-closing work to insure that required documentation is obtained in accordance with terms of loan approval and general departmental policy; performing certain post-closing follow-up to insure that post-closing documents are acquired within the prescribed time; performing general servicing duties related to lien perfection and lean releases, and verifying certificates of title to insure transfer of ownership is properly documented and any liens are released.  We offer business casual everyday, great benefits, and a great working environment.  If interested and qualified, fax resumes to: 205-951-4472 or email: recruiter@newsouthfederal.com EOE/M/F/D/V
