Post Issue Representative

Major Duties and Functions Include:
Processes basic to intermediate non-financial post-issue transactions including replacements and Reg 60, annuitant changes, beneficiary changes, systematic withdrawal changes, and 72Ts.
Processes basic to intermediate financial post issue transactions including contract free looks, partial withdrawals, loan establishments, and annuitization quotes.
Reviews EFT error reports, makes necessary changes in systems, and processes manual checks as necessary.
Generates full surrender cost basis letters and mails to clients.
Performs Post Issue Associate functions as necessary, and other duties as required or assigned. What You Need to Succeed:


Strong attention to detail
Strong math skills
Teamwork and team player attitude
Ability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment
Basic computer and 10-key skills (Excel is a plus)
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years related business experience
