Print & Mail Process Analyst

Intersections Inc. headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia provides credit management and identity theft protection solutions to consumers and financial services partners. We are looking for a Print & Mail Process Analyst to support our Fulfillment Department. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the Print and Mail team to resolve any issues that arise from monitoring the daily production reporting Work with the Print and Mail team to write requirements for processes and systems. Work collaboratively to ensure implementation of these requirements. Participate in cross-functional teams representing the Print and Mail team?s requirements for processes and systems implemented throughout the company. Work collaboratively to ensure implementation of these requirements. Audit processes to ensure we are complying with our internal and external standards. Research errors to determine cause of error, recommend changes to processes and help implement controls needed to avoid a repeat of the same error. Serve as subject matter expert for our ADF and print and mail integrity systems and processes.Qualifications: 

?2-5 years operations, systems or operation management experience.  (Preference given to print and mail or manufacturing experience)

? Ability to understand and help develop/improve business processes

? Ability to coordinate efforts and produce results across multiple groups and departments

? Ability to handle stress and maintain composure during multiple project deadlines

? Ability to think through and write requirements for systems and business processes

? Must have strong analytical skills

? An understanding of data base and system processing concepts (experience with SQL databases preferred)

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Strong attention to detail and insatiable curiosity

? Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline preferred

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
