Process Associate Sr.

Act as a knowledge center for the RemitOne platform, supporting the NWL network.
Monitor, track the efficiency, and provide resolution assistance for production Stagers, Cutoff Monitors, and customer transmissions across the network.
Control the End of Day functionality of the RemitOne system for all network sites.
Partner with Production Customer Service, Production and NEO-IT to communicate system incidents to appropriate parties, and to provide support IT in the installation of production hot fixes and releases.
Participate in weekly meetings with all network sites to convey key issues and share best practices.
Analyze critical data, create reports, track management of issues and perform other duties assigned.
Cross-train multiple back up personnel to provide support across shifts and week.
This is an on-call position that requires after hour support and availability via pager and laptop.

Hours and schedule may vary slightly according to business need



Ability to lead and collaborate with supporting resources across all business and/or functional lines.

Strong organizational and analytical skills a must.

Strong technical background preferred, must be proficient in Windows, Internet based applications. Crystal Reports and SQL Database knowledge a plus.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Demonstrated effective problem solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills.

Confidence to partner with all levels of the organization.

Excellent attendance a must.

A minumum of 3 years direct systems experience required - knowledge of Remit One preferred.
