We seek an  Processing Specialist I who will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plans assigned to them. Duties will include the reconciliation and processing of contributions made to a plan. Contributions may be employee deferrals, employer contributions, loan payments, rollovers and loan payoffs. Additional duties will include monitoring the timely receipt of employer payroll files, allocating reinvested dividends, reconciling trust and disbursement bank accounts, reconciling plan level share positions through multiple fund houses, and calculating unit values where needed. The Processing Specialist I is also responsible for the preparation of quarterly valuation folders used to issue the quarterly participant financial statement. Direct communication with the client payroll departments as well as internal departments is required.
