Product Analyst III

At the R&D Analyst III/IV level, the analyst is expected to be a fully competent individual contributor, drive projects, and require minimal oversight for their assigned duties as well as an ability to recognize unassigned duties.

Current projects underway are
-Tripsense research/ development with Direct/ rollout for Commercial Auto.
-Research and recommend how additional coverages small business owners need might be offered.
-Understanding the agent workflow and how we could better complement the workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-This is a new group and a new position there is opportunity to make recommendations and implement ideas for a creative self starter
-Research and build business case for new products and product extensions
-Formulates conclusions from Analysis and make recommendation
-Researches competitor/ industry information and analyzes the impact
-Creates reports to track results and highlight areas of opportunity

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics
-Generally will possess at least 3 years of related professional experience.
-Ability to think strategically and creatively and determine how to implement practically and pragmatically
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
-Demonstrates problem solving and technical skills.
-Solid grasp and knowledge of mathematics, statistics, probability & principles of finance to apply to business problems.
-Possesses a solid understanding of our business, relevant knowledge of company systems and processes.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
