Education: Refer to Position Description

Description
Research, design, build and manage UIT products and distribution channels to enhance and grow the unit trust product line. Analyze and evaluate trust performance; ensure performance measures adhere to AIMR performance presentation standards. Educate, train and inform UIT sales force through a variety of mediums. Design training tools to help the sales force understand all aspects of the fixed income and equity markets as they relate to the UIT industry and specific trusts; positioning products to be sold through a variety of channels. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive intelligence and the market environment to identify initiatives to drive sales. Periodically support the sales force and national accounts in the field to promote Van Kampen's unit trust product line

Skills Required
Minimum five years financial services experience; product management experience beneficial. Bachelor's degree with business or finance emphasis. MBA preferred. Series 7 required within identified timeframe.
