Job Description:

As the Product Pricing Analyst you will maintain product, pricing configuration in ePoint and Empower systems. Analyze published Program Descriptions and convert the criteria to a form usable in ePoint, Empower!, and any other application used by GPMF that evaluates product criteria, under the guidance of the Product-Pricing Operations Manager. Analyze published Rate Sheets for Wholesale/Retail, Correspondent, NY Metro, GreenPoint Express and convert the criteria to a form usable in Empower!, ePoint, and any other application used by GPMF that evaluates pricing adjustment criteria, under the guidance of the Product-Pricing Operations Manager. Keep the configuration in these applications current and synchronized, under the guidance of the Product Pricing Operations Manager.


Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will have intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel, Word and Access. Overall knowledge of mortgage business and mortgage products. Able to read GreenPoint's Rate Sheet. In this role you must be detail oriented, self motivated, self directed and team oriented. Ability to organize and prioritize.
