Program Analyst

Job Description:
IMG program analyst will spend approximately 70% his/her time working directly with IMGs PMs, the pricing, contracting, legal and financing departments to facilitate staffing/processing of task orders and modifications. Coordinate billing and payments with AT&T contracts, purchasing, and finance. Analyze business unit financials. Track staff burn rate and perform forecasting by creating financial models using Excel. Support SOW development, cost estimates, including subcontractor/consultants. Support Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Configuration Management (CM) including, Configuration Control Board item coordination, training coordination, and periodic taxonomy updates. Prepare customer PowerPoint briefings. Conduct research for department projects and new business. Prepare monthly reports to include deliverable and financial status.

The remaining 30% of the position will center around administrative duties including arranging meetings and appointments, correspondence review and responses, calendar management, administrative processing, purchasing needs, and travel arrangements. Prepare and maintain reports, contact lists, presentations, agendas and other documents / files. May be responsible for ongoing administrative oversight of special projects or programs on behalf of the Program Manager including attending meetings, taking minutes, planning customer or employee events, budget tracking, etc. Establish and maintain administrative standards and work methods to support the team.

The incumbent will interface with customer's organization and numerous AT&T teaming companies. Writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate at this level is required. Ability to obtain Secret security clearance is required.

Experience Required/Desired: Experience and good working knowledge of DoD contracting processes to include task order preparation, progress reporting, deliverables tracking, writing and maintaining process documentation, and preparation of financial reports is required. Experience in establishing a comprehensive filing system is desired.

Education/Computer Skills Required:
A Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration or related field is desired. HS degree and 5 years directly relevant and recent experience may be considered in substitution for degree. Experience and a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
