Responsibilities/Position Summary:

 

The Business / Data Analyst is responsible for all preparation, recording, and measurement of data associated with the Retirement Rotation program. This position will be accountable for employing the measurement framework that is outlined in the Retirement Rotation debrief and working closely with management on refinement opportunities ongoing. In addition to the framework requirements, ongoing correlation analysis needs to be performed across inflow, participation, client and Advisor experience, calculated opportunity, and the Advisor?s IRA knowledge level. As new marketing efforts are incorporated into various programs, this position will be an integral participant in defining the measurement methodology needed to test for viability. Because reporting is only as good as the data from which it is derived, this position is closely involved with the data collection process in all five phases of the program. This includes the configuration of the data collection sheets, data entry procedures, regular audit of results, and ultimately the final product --reports and analysis of the metrics that enable our success. Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:

?  Must have a strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic outlook

?  Strong analytic and statisistical background

?  High degree of comfort in multi-tasking 

?  Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills are required

?  Must be able to identify and communicate the business application of findings
