Program Management Analyst

The Culbertson BU ? Aviation Sciences Operation (ASO) currently has an opening for a Program Management Analyst.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be part of the SAIC program management support team for the Airport Surface Detection Equipment version X (ASDE-X) program office. Support will include: Track and report program activities and goals, build briefing packages, track schedules, compile program status, draft reports and program goal variances, support risk management, provide meeting minutes, draft and review contract tasking letters, respond to Congressional, FAA upper management, and outside organization inquiries, support OMB-300 Exhibit submissions and GAO Audits, and draft and edit program directives. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Responsible for the definition and implementation of project planning techniques to provide visibility on contracts. Ensures contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Interacts daily with customer supervisor, peer groups, and other FAA customers. Interaction normally involves meeting attendance and documentation, tracking program activities to goals, exchanges or presentation of factual information to customer management chain.
