Major Accountabilities:

' Provide business knowledge and technical support for business requirements, development, and end-user support
' Participate in technical planning, design, implementation, documentation and maintenance of supported tools
' Accountable for software quality and relationship management with internal partners
' Support management in report requirements gathering, report preparation, report scheduling, and report generation
' Identify, document, submit and track issues and enhancement requests
' Participate in product enhancement projects including requirements definition and project implementation
' Maintain tools related documentation and user guides
' Create and perform User Acceptance testing
' Train staff on any system enhancements

Experience Required:

' Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent related work experience
' Good understanding of relational databases including a working knowledge of SQL
' Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills in IT related systems
' Combination of conceptual thinking, information seeking and concern for details
' Good systemic approach and analytical thinking mindset; proactive problem solver
' A general knowledge of MasterCard products/services and the bankcard industry
' Knowledge of PC applications running in Windows environment
' Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
' Strong organizational and follow-up skills
' Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
