Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the semi-annual Change Release Notification process for Discover Network. The Change Release Notification Process is the systematic notification of all Network end points ? merchants, acquirers, issuer processors, issuers, ATM networks and card manufacturers - of changes to the business and operating environment of the Network. Responsibilities would include working with other company functional teams to develop, coordinate, update and distribute all Network Operating Regulations, Technical Specifications, User Manuals, Change Notifications or other documents as identified.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

? Identification and research of new documentation requirements

? Management and resolution of a dynamic issues list

? Analyzing, writing, editing, and formatting information to company standards

? Aligning content across multiple documents

? Coordinating content approval process

? Distribution of final materials

? Development of new information distribution and communication channels

? Refining the document update process

? Manage employee at the Senior Associate level




SKILLS
Required:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

? The candidate must have a college degree or equivalent operations experience.

? Must have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience.

? The candidate must possess excellent grammar, writing, editing and organizational skills.

? Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
