Hours per week:  20
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications

Maximum 1 year of direct customer service experience.
Must possess excellent problem solving skills, telephone skills and good verbal communications.
Strong PC skills and knowledge of Excel required.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Must have superior typing skills.

Responsibilities

Schedule home equity loan closings with customers and branch representatives. Maintain schedule closings in a Cross Current Closing Calendar program, Access database, Transaction Express and Credit Revue. Provide superior level of customer service through accurate and immediate response to inquiries from branches and customers. Other clerical duties assigned. Strong typing skills a must.  Strong PC skills a must.  Overtime required when needed.
