RPC-6587-Lessee Remarketer

An international provider of high-quality, asset-based products that provide leasing and financial solutions to business partners throughout the Americas and Europe, currently seeks a Lessee Remarketer for our North American headquarters located in PA.

The Lessee Remarketer is responsible for handling a portfolio of leases that have reached end of term and ensuring that proceeds collected from end of lease processing exceeds booked residual amounts. The successful processing of these leases will include effecting and negotiating in-place sales with dealers and lessees directly. In addition the incumbent will act as a customer service specialist with clients, answering questions regarding end of lease transactions/administration and resolving problems.Fundamental Responsibilities:
Handles end of lease administration.
Manage portfolio to budget expectations.
Negotiate in place sales with customers.
Enforce renewal provisions of lease contracts.
Customer Service
Answers calls from lessees regarding end of lease options.
Resolve disputes. Qualifications & Experience:
Education and other credentials:
4-year college degree required.
3-5 years experience in the financial industry: banking or leasing.
2-3 years experience in asset management.
Customer service experience.

Technical/Functional skills and knowledge:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic PC skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
