Duff & Phelps is currently looking for an individual in its San Francisco office to aid in managing the existing real estate valuation and consulting practice. The successful candidate will be required to develop new business within the firm?s existing client base, develop new relationships with firm targets, as well as maintaining and further developing previous individual relationships.

Requirements include:

BA, BS in Finance or related disciplines.
Big 4 or large national firm Manager level and above experience in real estate valuation & consulting.
Proven record of developing new business
Proven record of managing and developing analyst and senior associate personnel
Candidate for MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute and state licensed in California. MAI Member of Appraisal Institute would be a plus.
